Mainline for Moms is in honor of my Grandmother Catherine Marshall who was a single mother of 7 and grandmother to 16. She used to always sing the words "Jesus is on the main line tell him what you want". She was a good listener and very resourceful; she would always find a way to help out. She had compassion for single mothers and would always advocate for them and try to support them how ever she could. So Mainline for Moms is simply that - a support program for mothers in every way.                      

 

Clothes and furniture goes a long way, but sometimes it's having a mentor, listener, hugger or someone who gets it and is there for you every step of the way. Someone who keeps you both encouraged and accountable. Someone willing to advocate on your behalf. We don't know what your need may be but get on the mainline and tell us what you want!

We find our moms by referral from a range of organizations and people. Support is provided by our generous mentors, volunteers, sponsors and donors. We are here for you every step of the way as you set out on this journey to self-sufficiency and emerge from poverty and love where you live.
